NextGen lost left and right arrows

I am using a child theme of Twenty Eleven with a NextGen gallery (including Optimiser and Optimiser Premium) and have lost the forward and backward arrows as well as the top right X to close the gallery. I recently changed the domain name, which caused lots link and URL id problems. I have fixed most of these, but I’m still missing the arrows. Does anyone have any idea on how I might fix this?
