Nextgen not working since I changed Domain

Hi,
I’ve just changed the domain of my website and now my NextGen gallery isn’t working.
I notice that when I go to Gallery > Other Options > Lightbox Effects > Show Advanced Settings – it is displaying my old URL, but if I attempt to update it and click “Save” it doesn’t save my new URL.
