Nextgen Random Artworks Widget Not working

    I have a nextgen Random Artworks widget on my sidebar. It used to work but now it shows the same artworks and doesn’t randomize from my nextgen galleries. I have settings as follows:
    show: 6 thumbnails
    random button selected
    Enable IE8 Web Slices selected
    Width x Height: 160 x 160
    select: All galleries

    I tried turning off IE8 Web Slices but that didn’t work.
    Hope someone out their can help solve this. Thanks

    Hi @areach,

    Please access “Gallery -> Other Options -> Miscellaneous” and toggle the “Use alternative method of retrieving random image galleries” setting then “Save Options” and try again to see if this will change anything.

    @areach, @wudman, can anyone try to set the “Gallery -> Other Options -> Miscellaneous -> Random widget cache duration” to 0 ( Zero ) then try again? This should disable any caching time for the widget’s images and return new images with each page refresh or visit.
