NextGen Shortcode Tool Not In TinyMCE Advanced Toolbar

    I have NextGen installed on several websites and love the way the shortcode tool works. However, the Insert Gallery window often shows only part of the options available until a gallery is saved without some options decided (assume the defaults are used). Then when the inserted Gallery is clicked on again, opening the edit window most (sometimes not all) of those options appear.

    I have also found that for some sites the Insert Gallery window comes up completely blank. Is there something I can check to find out why this occurs? I much prefer the window to trying to craft a shortcode.

    @ldekay – Seems like some sort of caching issue or possibly a conflict with another active plugin … have you looked into those possibilities?

    Thank you. I turned off all plugins except those critical to this NextGen issue. When the Insert Gallery Window worked as it is supposed to I turned back on all the important plugins and it still was working properly. I haven’t found out which plugin caused the problem in the first place but am happy to have the window back again.

    @ldekay – I’m happy to read all the important plugins are working together, please let us know if you do find the conflicting plugin/root cause.
