I am an S2 Pro Subscriber (read the info at the bottom on why i am posting my support request here).

    My Issue:
I created a post and inserted the following NextGen Short codes:

    [nggallery id=1]
    [slideshow id=1 w=600 h=400]

    Works like a champ.

I copied that exact same code and put it on my page with i am using as my home page.

Only the text of the shortcodes appear on the page, not the image gallery/slideshow.

Just to check, i also pasted the same code on a different page, and it worked fine.

So my home page isn’t recoginzing/processing the nextgen shortcodes.

    [For S2 Member Team]
I’m a S2 Member Pro subscriber, but it looks like you have basically shut down your support forum on your website and are pointing free users here and asking Pro Members to use your support site. However, when i tried to submit a support ticket, your system required me to upload and execute a php server scanner file before i can proceed. And without successfully inserting the URL to the results of your scanner file, i can’t submit a support ticket.

Can you please either open your forums back up so your loyal, paying customers can talk to other loyal, paying customers and find answers when we have problems with S2 Member. And/Or, remove the server script as a requirement for submitting a support ticket?

Done. Thanks for the feedback ??

Please note that we cannot discuss pro features here. If you are an s2Member Pro customer, please submit a Trouble Ticket at s2Member.com. Thanks!

Thanks. Appreciate you removing the server script requirement. I will move my request over to your trouble ticket system.

    Thanks for the quick response!
