NextGen thumbnails not working

  • HELP! I just updated to the 2.7 version of wordpress as well as the latest nextgen and my thumbnails are not working at all. I do not know what to do? I’ve read to edit my .htaccess file as there are issues with the php4 at 1and1 (my host) but I can’t find the .htaccess file nor do I have any clue how to write one. My website/blog is https://www.stacyable.com/blog and you can see the issue.

    Please help? Walk me through this? I don’t know where to begin. If i need to write a htaccess file please tell me what I need to put in it? If I need to change permissions please tell me how?

    I’m having similar issues with thumbnails and came across your post. It looks like you resolved your issue…can you share how you fixed the thumbnail problem?
