@wpcoderguy – That looks like some sort of database issue … would you be able to submit a Bug Report (https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) and include appropriate log in and FTP credentials for our Support Team / Developers to have a closer look?

    Thanks!

    HI

Not sure this is the same thing.

I am able to upload and create galleries in the subdomains but cannot create a gallery in the main site.

I have checked all the settings and they seems to be ok. It doesnt look like it is creating the folders to upload to although it is in the subdomains.

when using the upload tool it has a yellow triangle at the end which says http error as a tooltip

    Thank for your assistance

sorted -was an ht access issue

@quiztoon – Good to know you sorted this out, what exactly was happening in .htaccess to affect your site?

    – Cais.

It was user error really, I didnt quite follow the instructions for setting up the multi-site and replaced just the code between the WordPress markers. When i replaced all the code then the gallery was working ok, although I am having issues with some themes not working.

Will ask about that in the WordPress forum, i think i still have something wrong in the htaccess
