Hi – Can you both try doing a few things:

    Clear Cache
*Go to Gallery > Other Options > Miscellaneous and click to clear image cache
*Clear your browser cache and/or restart your browser

    Adjust Thumbnail Sizes in Widget
*Adjust the thumbnails sizes on your widget to be 4X3 aspect ratio. The widget just uses your existing gallery thumbs. So if you size thumbs there to 120X90 but size them on your widget to 100X100, they’ll appear distorted. The default thumbnail size in NG follows a 4X3 aspect ratio, so as long as you do that, you won’t get distortion. Examples include 120X90, 100X75, 80X60.

    Hello!
    Thanks for the quick reply.
Your solutions have unfortunately had no success.
At a resolution of 80×60 pixels, the image still looks sharp.
At higher resolutions (100×75, 120×90 and above) the image is blurred.

@kniebremser – At the default settings it should look OK, we are seeing in some cases the images blurred or distorted in the widget, we will hopefully have a fix for this introduced in one of our next updates.

@suraj.goyal – Resizing images is done under Gallery >> Manage Galleries > bulk actions
