Next/Prev buttons blurred and week days not show

I’ve installed the latest DatePicker plugin v2.4.5 on my CF7 4.3 and WP 4.3.1. I use the below shortcode:
[date date-195 date-format:dd/mm/yy buttons placeholder:”Input Date” ]

Result:
– The place holder text displays but disappears right after loaded.
– The Prev/Next button are distorted
– There is no week day titles displayed (Sun/Mon/Tues…)
