Next/Previous not showing up

I have enabled all post types in the options.
But no buttons are coming up for me on any post type. Standard, or custom.
No biggie, I wanted it for the actions after save
BTW, I can see the next/previous buttons in the source (have margins 35 and -35) but they’re not anywhere I can discern
