NextScripts SNAP Plugin Not working

  • Greetings!!

    The nextscripts SNAP plugin is not publishing the post since February this year.
    On support page, I even provided the screenshot of various places including the log, server based configuration, cron settings, etc, but couldn’t hear back from anyone.

    We have shifted now to a Digital Ocean Server with a Nginx, still the issue remains there to annoy us.
    Also, does the settings conflict with Jetpack Publicize coz when this wasn’t working, I installed Jetpack Publicize but it wasn’t working.

    We’re using Nextscripts SNAP premium plugin with Plugin Version: 4.2.1 (API Version: 4.3.3 [ID:17648]) [Pro Edition]
    SNAP Pro WordPress Plugin (Lifetime License): Active;
    SNAP Premium API Service: Active; Subscription – Next renewal date: April 30, 2018.

    Also, pls advise if I should renew the plugin or not?
