NG Gallery pro – no icons with CDN

OK I know the trick with excluding lightboxes from the CDN – I am able to use the technique to have social and navigations to soo with foobox and my cloudfront CDN. However I am unable to get the Nextgen Pro Lightbox to do the same . I get NO social or navigation icons when the CDN is active (it does work with the CDN off) so WHAT PATHS NEED TO BE EXCLUDED FROM THE CDN to get the pro gallery lightbox to work to be able to use the proofing and sales facility????
