First of all, I really like the plugin. I even picked up the Pro version so I can use it on multiple sites.

I use the Divi Theme Builder to build out my global headers and footers. One of the headers I have incorporates a hamburger mobile menu system (with dropdowns). It works how I want it…except for when I am in a NGG-generated link (...com/portfolio is mine, where ...com/portfolio/gallery/search/product is NGG-generated).

I know the solution revolves somewhere around NGG because, with the plugin disabled, I don’t even have access to the problem URLs.

My initial thought is that is something to have to do with a script I have attached to my menu, but that doesn’t make sense because that script is run on all pages that has the menu enabled, thus it should be broken on all pages.

    To Replicate:

    • (On Mobile) Go to the NGG-generated URL
    • Click on the hamburger icon to open up the menu.
    • Click on any of the items with a dropdown (about, portfolio, and contact).
    • The menu closes, making you reopen it to then access the dropdown menu.

    How it should work:

    • (On Mobile) Go to the main Portfolio page
    • Click on the hamburger icon to open up the menu.
    • Click on any of the items with a dropdown (about, portfolio, and contact)
    • It opens without closing the menu allowing you to navigate with ease.

    What I have tried:

    • Clearing Website Cache (via Breeze plugin)
    • Using an Incognito tab
    • 2 different OS (Android and Apple)
    • Disabling plugins one-by-one

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

I saw this same question on our paid support portal, so we will take care there. Also since we cannot discuss paid options here, it is better in case it turns out to be our pro version.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Hey Jaime,

Yeah, I saw you replied there. I posted here initially and then read through some of the previous posts and felt silly that I posted here instead of submitting a ticket.

Sorry for the duplicate question. Thank you for being kind about it.

I look forward to seeking answers in the ticket. See you there!
