    Hello,

    I would like to create my custom view that don’t dissapear with updates.

    I have create folders on ngg :
    ngg\modules\photocrati-nextgen_basic_thumbnails\templates

    I had my own perso-view.php on it.
    Now this file is display on galery view setting selector. So I select it :
    display_view=”custom/perso-view.php”

    But… only index.php from wp-content\plugins\nextgen-gallery\templates\Thumbnails\index.php is displayed !
    If i modify this index.php it apply whereas I have choose custom/perso-view.php

    Where is my error ?
    Thank you

    Hi @sosuire,

    So if I have correctly understood, the code from the default wp-content\plugins\nextgen-gallery\templates\Thumbnails\index.php is being used instead of your custom view from ngg\modules\photocrati-nextgen_basic_thumbnails\templates\perso-view.php regardless of having the custom view selected within Gallery Settings or the block options?

    About the file names, it appears that your custom view must be named differently other than index.php for NGG to detect and load it.

    Hi @sosuire,

    We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation (please just see my post above).

    Thanks!
