• Good Morning,

up to now I was using NextGen Gallery but want to switch to FooGallery.

Therefore installed the gallery and the importer extension. When I select a gallery and start the import process the plugin responds with showing “0” at the place of the import list instead.

Could this be related to less memory (136 MB available in our package)?
    How can I import instead?

    Thank you

    Regards

    Alexander

  • Seeing the same problem.

Please ensure that NGG is still activated and/or try to deactivate and then reactive it before starting the import progress.

In addition, you should try to import just a bunch of galleries at once.

tried with ngg activated and unactivated. makes no difference.

If you see the button ‘Reset all Gallery Imports’ next to the ‘Start import’ button, click on it. This resets everything and you can then try reimporting.

    Worked for me.
