ngg_paged_Gallery

  • I am trying to paginate galleries on a page and read on various forums that there was a custom field “ngg_paged_Gallery” available once for exactly that purpose.

    I’m using NextGen in its version 2.0.66.33 and can not get to find this option.

    On another thread I could read that this option was not ported from version 1.9 to the major update 2.0.
    Is it available again or is there another possibility to paginate galleries in NextGen?

    @davidriedl – Galleries should be paginated by default … is there something specific where this is not happening you can point to?

    Ah sorry I guess I should have given more details.

    Yes the pagination inside a gallery is working perfectly fine and I’m more than happy about how easy it was to setup.

    To be specific I’m using the “Basic Extended Album”-View to display certain galleries in a list. At the moment there are 15 galleries to be displayed but there are more to come and I would like to paginate them after 10 entries.

    I was able to configure how many thumbnails were to be displayed until they are paginated inside a gallery, is the same possible for the “Basic Extended Album”-View on galleries?

    @davidriedl – Pagination in albums does not currently exist although we are aware of this issue. We are looking into it but also do not have an ETA when that option/feature will be sorted out best.
