Nginx conflict

I got 404 error for all custom permalink. I’m using nginx and mariadb.
For example:
original post: https://dinhtung.info/hello-world/
i changed it to https://dinhtung.info/hello.html ( and got 404 ).
or
https://dinhtung.info/cat/hello.html (hello is a post of category has slug ‘cat’ ) -> 404 again, sure
How can I fix this, url rewriting for all normal permalinks are ok. ( eg: https://dinhtung.info/sample-page/ )
