For Nginx-Helper Latest version is 1.6.8

This is about four iterations old. Does this happen even if you upgrade to 1.6.8?

Also, the plugin is designed for PHP 5.3 and above to take full advantage of fast_cgi.

I switched back to php 5.2 version, the problem went away, haven’t had a chance to try the 1.6.8 version with php 5.3. will report back once I do.
