    Hello!

Thanks for developing this great plugin, unfortunately Im unable to run it.
So, as I already saw in the title I’m using nginx for web server (vps) and that’s the thing I already did.

    1. Installed the plugin.
    2. Readed all the FAQs.
    2. Regenerated all the images (succesfully – https://prntscr.com/tmtd9s)
    3. Checked in the dev tools are the images being loaded as webp. Unfortunately only the originals images are served and not the webp.

I tried to find answer on my problem here in this forum, but I can’t find any.

    My nginx config – https://prntscr.com/tmtfpx
I added webp type in mimes.type (double checked).
I’m using wp rocket, if this matters.

I’ll be thankful for any help!

    Hi @xvibg,

    Thank you for your message.

First of all, I need your website url. Did you restart the server after changing the configuration?

You can find my website url here -> https://pastebin.com/firBGE0f, will be active for 1h. Trying to keep my privacy as much as possible. Thanks for understanding this!

Sure, I’ve restarted the nginx several times.

From what I can see, the problem has been solved. What happened? I can see that the images on your website are in WebP format:

More information on how to check the plugin operation can be found in the FAQ, in particular in the question “How to check if plugin works?”.

    Hello!

I have a similar problem. I installed the plugin, activated it, successfully converted all available images on the site, but the site displays, as before, png and jpg image files.

    My site is https://cabinethelp.kz/

I have a similar site hosted on a VPS server. PHP FastCGI operation mode (Nginx + PHP-FPM). What do I need to do in the site or server settings for your plugin to work correctly?

@alexbrush, tell me please have you read the FAQ of plugin?

Yes, I read and saw the item Configuration for Nginx, but I am not able to configure this, and the person who set up the server for me is not online now. Do you have a little more detailed instructions on how to do this?

I have a CentOS 7 operating system and an ISP Manager control panel on my server.

@alexbrush, unfortunately I am not able to help you. Here we help with plugin issues, not server configuration.

Changing the configuration is always associated with some risk. Therefore, please contact the administrator of your server.
