NGIX Instructions breaks site

    I am using Kinsta as a web host and when we follow the instructions in the FAQs for NGIX, the error inside the plugin Error codes: rewrites_not_executed goes away but the entire site breaks with the error “is not supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled”.

    In the meantime, I’m using “Pass Thru (without rewrites in .htaccess files or Nginx configuration)” which I think is working. Is there any disadvantage of using this compared to the default setup?

    The configuration for Nginx in the plugin FAQ is correct and has been tested many times. Have you contacted the administrator of your server?

    Thank you! You were right, the admin that did the work yesterday did not do it correctly but it’s working now after chatting to another one.
