Ni picture uploaded

Hi and thanks or the help.
I can’t upload files, neither from back office (bar progressing, then “Pas d’image uploadée” = “No picture uploaded”, nor from front end (“Failure in database, no gallery path set”)

NextGEN Public Uploader
NGGImages
Geo Tag
All in latest version
php 5.5
Rewrite engine on
I’ve tried with different files, around 2mo.

Any idea?
