Nice!! But overpriced

I like it. It’s easy to use. But at $40/year minimum (goes up from there), every year, that’s more than I want to spend for just a form creator. If it was $40, paid once, that would be okay. But an annual fee for a product that requires no ongoing resources from the vendor — nope; too expensive for me.
I’ll continue my search for a similar product or build my own.
