Nice, but pro version missing some basic functions for the price

It’s a nice simple way to get a notice up quick, but was disappointed to pay for the pro-version and find it to be missing a couple of functions I would have really basic.
It needs an HTML section. I should be able to make a quick two line notice, with a header in a larger font.
It needs a cookies option. If someone closes it, it really doesn’t need to keep popping up every time they navigate to a new page.
