Nice but very slow-SOLVED!

  • I had problems, site was slow but within a few days communication it is solved: by activiting the code once more the site speeded up a lot!
    Rating upgraded to 5 stars, for my goal this theme is perfect!

    Bought the Intenso Pro version. Nice theme but homepage loads very slow and every link in the menu takes 5 seconds for response. I posted the problem at the helpdesk but no reaction.
    Tried it on 2 sites, differend servers, same response. Back to twenty-one and speed is back.

    I didnt use the free version, because I activated the key.
    Does it mean that I can’t use this key on a webserver? What do I have to do?

    Hello

    you can activate again the theme, if you moved your website from a local to a webserver, please go to the license key section, click on the deactivate button and activate again the license key
