Nice clear calendar view

Nice job guys and girls.
A marked improvement on Edit Flow and Editorial Calendar in respect of readability in Calendar view; faded tiny fonts in both of those plugins are totally useless unless you want to stick your nose against your monitor.

Couple of small tweaks would be nice: (1) In calendar view, be able to drag post back or forward between months (2) Move the << < Today > >> cluster to the top center of the screen. With a wide monitor, the existing location on far right is a big journey for a small mouse cursor!
