Nice enough theme/worst customer service

  • Simple question – what size should the image be in the homepage content boxes….on their facebook page…they had time to answer the question to say they wouldn’t answer the question…at least have a help page for the free theme with directions on how to use it…

    bad customer service for wordpress themes/products = less wordpress users.

    Looking for a theme that works. Looking for great support because themes are always breaking and messing things up.

    Hi Julie, I’m not sure what you mean. The Minamaze theme as distributed on www.ads-software.com has its support section here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/theme/minamaze#postform

    Often, authors do not have the resources to both maintain and support their themes/ plugins and so they rely heavily on the community here at www.ads-software.com. As you can see, the support section on the Minamaze theme is active with the community helping out where they can.
    It’s a nice way that we can say ‘thank you’ to the author for releasing their theme.

    Still, all that can be irrelevant if you say you’re paying for one of their services/ products.
