• Constantly get “Tracking details not found in TrackShip” messages on the tracking page. Very unprofessional and frustrating for customers. No help from Customer Service.

    Paying $139 /mo for Trackship should yield better results. If you run out of “Trackers” they just stop working with no warning. Leaving you with communication with your customer.

    Promising features but a ways to go.

    then users can review them as part of complete experience with free plugin.

    We provide to the WordPress community a free fully-featured plugin and fast and professional support, from time to time, we suggest premium services to our free users, we do not do it assertively, we believe that making AST the best product and to provide professional support and integrations is the most officiant upsell.

    None of the issues raised by this user are related to AST or to to its functionality and I think that this review is not a relevant to AST’s users but its your decision.
