Nice features but buggy updates

Nice to have a pre-order plugin that allows customers to order normal and pre-orders in one order flow. They need to work on reliability and adding basic features.

Every time they do an update something breaks.
– No our customers don’t get an email confirmation.
– The discounts are not calculated correctly anymore.

Also the pre-order release date doesn’t function, it misses functionality to release products sooner and communicate with pre-order customers during the pre-order period.
