• Sorry, don’t use Panda Pods, I know it’s tempting but it has not passed the code review from pods (and they did a code review), it is doing things in a way that is about to break in 2.8, and repeatable fields is coming in 2.9 (hopefully arriving within 2017)

Instead please use the new 2.7 relationships UI with add new and list view, it’s light years ahead of anything else – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1h_5tQ6LmoY

Pods 2.8 has not even released. How do you know it will break it? Unless Pods 2.8 will break itself or they do something to block my code on purpose, as it is basically pods_form I used. I know Pods will have its own repeatable fields but I don’t think it will work in the same way. This is not built to compete against Pods’ own repeater field. Relationships UI can’t do everything this plugin offers.

By the way, where is the code review? I would like to know what I can improve. Thanks.

Pods 2.7 introduces new field rendering for Relationships and File fields. Pods 2.8 will finish this new field work for all other field types. The new fields are built and rendered with Javascript. Pods 2.9 introduces simple relationship fields (repeatable single fields) and Pods 3.0 introduces loop fields with repeatable groups of fields.

We should definitely chat together to figure out how we can ensure the 100+ sites using your plugin won’t have major issues as we continue going forward on our roadmap. My email is scott at pods.io, you can also join our Pods Slack and direct message me at sc0ttkclark via https://pods.io/chat/
