• I’ve tried replacing images and documents. Same name or updated name, it doesn’t matter, the result is the same. It notifies that the replacement was successful, but the new image/file does not appear, and I have to manually update all instances. The only feature that works is in creating the new file, it deletes the old.

    Perhaps what you experienced was nothing more than a cache issue, so it would be worth to take a look at the support forums.
