Nice Idea – Horrible Support

This plugin wasn’t working with my date, it was always a day off. I contacted support and they asked me to send screen shots, which I did. They said they found the problem and would fix it. A week later I emailed them to ask about the status, and they said they couldn’t find the problem, and could I send them screen shots… as if I never spoke with them. I emailed them back and they never replied. This plugin is $600 a year… yeah no… not acceptable.
