• Doesn’t slow my site down by one full second per page load time like some other ___commerce plugin. Looks good as installed.

I would give it 5 stars if it weren’t for the “2% application fee”(per transaction) for pp & stripe who are already charging 2.9% + 30 cents but they’re actually handling the financial transaction. Now we’re up at %5 and that’s too much. The alternative is $69/$99 per year for pro/premium.

I think I’ll just go with something else. I don’t mind paying outright for something but I don’t think I’ll be selling enough to be paying ongoing fees.

It also begs the question; how does easy cart know how much a transaction is to be able to charge a percentage? Now we have to worry about the security of two third parties? (pp + easy cart) or (stripe + easy cart) And who is wp easy cart? Devs of one plugin and they’ve been a member here for a whole year and one month.

Thanks for taking time to review…

Just to clarify, the 2% fees are completely removed when you have a one year license of $69/$99 per year. This way you don’t have any ongoing fees with us, but just regular processing fees.

Our plugin here runs as a SaaS system, in partnership with these limited providers like PayPal, Stripe, Square.

And we have been building eCommerce systems for 15+ years in various systems. We do host one plugin here, but we do provide plenty of wordpress extensions and such outside of www.ads-software.com… not everyone lists plugins here, many developers build platforms and such beyond just wordpress and into other CMS systems or just sell outright their plugins but don’t list here in the repo… I believe our plugin here has been up for 4+ years or so… just FYI
