  • WC is very good. However it should be a bit more robust, especially for simple things.
    For example, I’ve set it up so I get an email when an order is placed (NEW ORDER), AND when it is cancelled. Sounds great… except I don’t get an email when an order is cancelled. I do get an email when the order is placed (NEW ORDER).

    Let me know if the Cancelled Order email option works for you.

    If it does, maybe we can discuss settings.
