    Just installed the free version to try and have a couple of questions.
    1. It seems I should be able to edit the settings text for 1st & second sections but it won’t allow it.
    2. How do you end a chat session? From testing it seems that if the person you were chatting with remains on site the chat stays open leaving a second person pending an unable to connect. Should “admin” not be able to disconnect the current chat when finished?

    Other than these this appears to be a super plugin easily installed and no need for 3rd party involvement or monthly fees for a pro version

    Hello Adrian,

    First of all, i created an account to give my reaction because i have questions on my own and the developer is not responding to e-mail nor his own chat-plugin on his website.

    You can edit those texts in the PHP files, but to get it done correctly, you’ll need to buy it (only 10 bucks, so that can’t be a big issue).

    A chat session ends automatically after the customer ended his session, it will take some time but it will end!

    Hopefully my post helps, I will post my own question later on… please read before considering buying the plugin!

    Thanks for the reply. I have actually amended the text I wanted to change by using the Edit option available that comes with all plugins but according to the information these two items should be editable in settings. The others have “pro version only” alongside. Good to hear that the chat will end when the customer ends his session even if it takes a bit of time. We don’t really expect to get a lot of use of this chat facility which is why I looked for something simple, not needing a third party involved, subscriptions, etc. and for a little cost it seems to have some useful additions, multi chat and history for example.

    I have the same problem and when someone click on the chat on webshop nothing happens. Everything in the setting are toned grey and i’m not able to edit anything.

    Sorry for the delay. I had Personal issues to attend to.

    The chat session ends automatically after 10 minutes.
    I’m adding in better functionality for this in the future release.

    The new version adds a few more customisation options for the chat box. Please have a look at the changelog.
