Nice plugin, but limited and worst support

  • The plugin looked promising, but it’s sorely lacking in functionality. You have to configure each note for each product, which is impossible to manage even for a medium-sized site. It has no shortcode customization or functions for using the data elsewhere than with the shortcode. The reason I rated it 3/5 is that even with the pro version of the plugin, I’m still waiting for an answer from support on the question I asked 3 days ago. It’s very disappointing…
