You didn’t reply after the initial contact. I didn’t know that it wasn’t you that was removing my posts, nor was I aware that bumping wasn’t allowed. Other posts I’ve added to have not been removed. So, from my perspective, it seemed like my posts were simply being ignored. I apologize that I was mistaken on this. The CollabPress thread was somebody else’s. I was just adding to it.
Of course I don’t expect you to drop everything just to help me out, but a simple “we’ve received the files and will get back to you” message goes a long way in letting your customers, free or not, know that they’re valued and are being considered.
I have no problems paying for good plugins and infact have recently purchased several as I like supporting developers for their work. Is there an all inclusive pro version of your plugin available for purchase?
