Nice reviews but UX is prety bad

  • Why do I need to go off my site to manage my reviews? Terrible idea. I should be able to view and manage everything from the plugin page.

    We understand that it’s a bit redundant to go outside of your WordPress to manage your reviews. However, it’s because we do support the app on 3 distinct platforms: Shopify, Woocommerce, and Bigcommerce and we want to make the experience unified for everyone (even if you switch the e-commerce platform).

    Also, when you logged in to your account (associated with each store domain) on judge.me, the supports can also guide merchants easier via links to quickly jump to the settings.

    Our plugin on Woocommerce is also currently free so you can use almost all of our paid features with no expense.

    I hope you will find our plugin easy to use and help you collect more reviews in the near future.
