Nice Theme HORRIBLE Support

  • Don’t bother buying this theme as they are only supporting if you pay extra. They should just charge for support inclusive with the cost of pro and have done with it.

    I take it all back – I’d give a better rating but was just super frustrated!!!

    please tell us at which point you felt frustrated.

    At which point you felt lost and were missing some link to get support?

    Would be great to know to improve this for the future.

    Of course we offer free tech support!

    We just offer premium support additionally for those who want to have extra intensive support for their project.

    Maybe we just don’t make it clear enough on our website?
