Nice theme, zero support

  • The folks at Themefreesia seem to have forgotten about their support queue, and don’t respond in social media channels. They have some nice looking themes, but unless you are a coder and can do your own support work, I’d find another theme.

    We reply in support forum every day. We are less active in our social media but we have not seen any questions in our social media. Where did you post your support questions. We are more active in our support tickets. Please use support tickets at https://tickets.themefreesia.com and we reply within 12-24 hours even in our weekend too.

    Support tickets is the best place to ask questions if you have any support related questions rather than social media. We are always happy and ready to help you if you come with your problem in our support tickets.
