• Nice UX, easy to navigate in. But Feeds like Google Shopping, Facebook, Pricerunner lacks essential fields suchs as Sale price, sale start/end dates, meta such as Brand, color, GTIN, EAN, Material etc. needs to be set in manually. Even though i requested to support months ago to update templates so that they had all needed fields by default. Also for Google Shopping shipping methodes and price cant be overruled by custom inputs.

Dont offer opportunity to create custom fields in the product pages such as category mapping which is important for Google Shopping Like ( iPhone -> iPhone 14 -> iPhone 14 Tempered Glass ) to make manually shopping categories .

Pro support also have very long reply times, useally i wait 3-4 days. I perfere Product Feed Elite, which has all these fields in templates by default, its a 1-time-buying and their support is super fast, but bad UX. its sad this isnt better.

    Hi @marcdg ,

Thanks for sharing your view on our plugin in detail.

We are sorry you had a bad experience. But I would like to get a chance to improve this.

From your review, I can deduce the following:

    1. You wanted the Brand, Color, GTIN, EAN, Material, etc to be pre-defined in the feed, but right now it’s not like that in the plugin.
    2. The category mapping didn’t work as expected.
    3. Support was slow.

About pre-defining the values for brands, GTINs or fields that normally aren’t there in WooCommerce by default, the situation is quite complicated. Different people assign these values in different ways. For example, some of our users add Brand names as product categories, while others use a Brand plugin, and many even use custom fields. This is why we left those for users to define.

But if you have suggestions on improving this, we would love to hear them. We always want to make our plugin better.

Meanwhile, about the category mapping issue, we were not able to understand your query and would love to hear from you in detail so that we can help you out with it. Normally, we do have a category mapping feature, and we have a few custom fields which you can use to add data and display them on product pages.

And about support being slow, we are extremely sorry if we failed to answer you fast enough. Normally we always reply to all our support tickets within 24 hours on working days.
I can see on our support thread that we interacted with you in support countless times, and a delayed response was a rare case.

But nevertheless, now, we have added more people to our support team. So, moving forward, we will do our best to ensure no support responses are delayed.

At this point, all I ask for is for you to give us a chance to improve this rating. Do let us know how we can work on this so that you can start using the plugin again actively.

Please do reach us in support, and we will be happy to help you with the issues you are facing and discuss solutions in the areas you were not satisfied with.

    Do let us know.

    Thank you.
