Nicer plaintext mails

I’ve hacked https://trac.roundcube.net/browser/github/program/lib/Roundcube/rcube_html2text.php (GNU) into wysija-newsletters/helpers/mailer.php to do what function textVersion() is doing.
Now plain text emails look better for people using plain text email clients.
An easy mod for a next version?
