Nicest theme for rapid development since 3.0?

  • Hello,

    What theme uses the most new features (menu, footer, header, background etc) right out the box with the least other markup? I have my own CSS framework I use but I would like to find the most flexible theme so I can quickly prototype things and then slap a coat of paint on quickly. Any recommendations?

    Definitely start with the Twenty Ten theme. It includes all of the 3.0 features and the code is fully commented to facilitate easy modification.
