3 1/2. First use was a 5% discount: when it was used by a person from a US state with 5% state sales tax, the discount was taken but the sales tax was missing at checkout. My workaround was to set the coupon for 4.999% off.

I’m running two codes presently to see which works better for my firm, an email blast or a snail mail program. So far, I can’t see which coupon code was used for a particular customer.

That said, implementation was mostly smooth and easy. NOTE that the expiration of the coupon comes first ??
