    Dear Developers,

    1. I have the following issue:
(check the screenshot on the link): https://www.qtherapy.eu/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/1.png

    2. I have checked all comments in the forum and made all given advices:
    – Use the latest software versions : make sure the Nimble Builder and your theme are up to date.
    – Cache plugin : if you are using a server cache or cache plugin, please clear it’s cache content and disable caching via it’s settings.
    – Browser : clear your browser’s cache / history
    – Check for plugin conflict : deactivate all of your plugins. If it fixes the issue, re-activate your plugins one by one, until you identify the plugin in conflict.

    The issue still exist.

    Hi Nicolas,

I asked the technical support of the hosting provider (https://www.superhosting.bg) to check and examine the issue and they replied to me the following: For the given page Nimble page builder gives “Content for not_set”.
According to the check, the behaviour of the plugin is not due to a specific server-side setup to resolve the issue.”

You have all the requested information and I need your help.

    Regards,

Hello, I’ve been able to reproduce the issue. I’m exploring the reason of the problem and I’m working on a fix.
To edit your modules the workaround is to use the section navigator in the top menu of the preview frame, like illustrated on the pictures below :

    Image 1 :
Click on the section navigator icon.

    Image 2 :
Click on the relevant module, section or column that you want to edit.

    Hello, Nicolas,

Thank you! You are always great and I hope that you shall find how to fix the issue.

Also I checked other things with the technical support and they said: “Redis caching, did not create the problem. There are no errors in the error_log file associated with the Nimble Page Builder plugin at this time.”
