Nimbuspost Sync issue to send tracking link

We are using nimbuspost . Our order status does change to completed once shipment is picked as expected. But until and unless I click “Sync Tracking Now” button inside the order, the tracking link is not triggered in Email.

Is there a way so that I don’t have to click ” Sync tracking now ” every now and then instead it syncs on its own and send tracking link automatically on shipment status like In transit, out for delivery, delivered.
