Ninja forms does not work abroad

    Hi

    This is really weird, but I have installed ninja forms and it works OK in spain (server is located in Spain). But it does not work abroad: I have checked it thanks to two persons who live in Denmark and Ecuador, and they tell me that, when form is filled and pulse “Submit”, the system stops and remains indefinitely with the message “processing”.

    Can you submit a ticket to our support team so we can take a closer look for you? This is something we’d need to see more closely to figure out what might be going on. Usually, behavior like this is caused by another plugin or theme, so testing temporarily with those disabled is the best first troubleshooting step.
