Before I updated, the form showed up as expected.
I just updated to the latest Ninja forms and wordpress to 3.5.1.
Now, the form shows up, but “None” is selected in the admin sidebar instead of the name of the form. When I select the name of the form, the form appears twice, one on top of the other.

The only way I can get rid of the form is to first export it and then delete it. Voila, the form is gone. When I try reimporting it, even though the form ID is a different number, the form once again shows up at the bottom of the page.

I have no no ninja-form widget assigned, so that is not the problem, and there is no short-code for a ninja form in the bottom of my content.

Sometimes, I need to temporarily hide a form by selecting none, but for some reason, it’s not working now. I’d be grateful for some suggestions.

    Actually – it’s worse.
My other forms are showing unexplained weirdness too.

I have not made any edits to the page that includes this form and the form is selected as “None”, so I cannot remove the dual instances of the form from the page without also deleting the form and its data.

When I look at the mysql for the forms, the data are not easy to interpret, so I don’t see a way to easily tweak the form’s visibility.

    :/

MMmm. I’m not sure what’s going on there. If you create a temporary wp-admin login for me, I’d be happy to take a look and see what’s going on. My email address is: [email protected].
