• Hi all,

On this page of my website I have a table that is generated by the NinjaTables plugin. When the Jetpack plugin is active, the table will not load. When I deactivate the Jetpack plugin, the table will load.

I have already contacted the folks at NinjaTables who can not duplicate the problem and can not find what is causing the table to not load whenever the Jetpack plugin is active.

At this time, I have deactivated Jetpack so the table will load.

    Any thought, solutions? Thanks!

    Victor

I have reached out to my host (Strato, in Germany), have yet to hear back from them.

In the mean time, is there anything I can do to force ajax work for my site, or a specific page? Any code I can add to the header?

Here’s a follow-up that may aid in troubleshooting: whenever, in WordPress, I toggle “Discussion – allow comments” for the troubled page, something happens. The table then will load partially. Then, when I refresh the page, it will not load again, until I toggle the discussion option once more.

If you haven’t done so yet, I would recommend that you contact the NinjaTables team with that information; they’ll be in a better position to help than me. Since the problem isn’t related to Jetpack, I’m afraid there isn’t much I can do to help you here.

    Problem solved.

What seems to have solved the issue that prevented the table from loading was deselecting the two-factor login authentication through this plugin: https://nl.www.ads-software.com/plugins/wordpress-2-step-verification/

As soon as I deselected this, even without deactivating the plugin or deleting it, the table loaded correctly.
