While using LiteSpeed Crawler, I’m seeing errors in the log that seem to be related to Ninjafirewall, yet there are no corresponding log entries in Ninjafirewall itself.

Could you tell me how to resolve this issue? Thank you.

LiteSpeed isn’t blocked, but it is misconfigured and PHP cannot create the session needed by the firewall. That’s the reason why you aren’t whitelisted and blocked when you’re editing a post: /var/lib/lsphp/session/lsphp80/ is not writable, PHP cannot create sessions. You’d need to solve that problem and everything will work as expected.
