    Hi

    i am using VPS (virtual private service)

    i getting error after enable your plugin in wordpress.

    NinjaFirewall fatal error : Unable to communicate with the firewall. Please check your PHP INI settings. Review your installation, your site is not protected. i selection Apache+CGI/FASTCGI.

    Php information :-

    NinjaFirewall detection : NinjaFirewall WP Edition is loaded

    It is loaded in the main root folder, but if it is not loaded in the WordPress admin dashboard, it means that your PHP INI file is not recursive.
    You can follow our Troubleshoot NinjaFirewall installation problems article about that. Either you are running suPHP and need to add the suPHP_ConfigPath to your .htaccess, or the PHPRC directive.

    hi,

    hmmm This problem occur only in when i use apache

    And if i use nginx this plugin with same php setting working perfectly

    I am using php-fpm_event

    how to fix this problem ?

    It is unusual to have such problem with PHP-FPM and a .user.ini file.

    Did you try to add the PHPRC variable to your .htaccess?

    Hi

    i try it but not working

    For test i use apache 2.2 it working perfectly in it

    And if i use apache 2.4 getting fetal error but website loading properly with apache new version.

    i think some problem with apache 2.4 i cannot find problem

    Maybe you can check your log for errors or ask an administrator to check your Apache configuration?
    It is going to be very difficult to debug the problem if no error or details are given.

    HI

    I understand it .

    I am using unmanage VPS (Virtual Private Service )

    i install kloxo-mr cpanel and also install apache 2.4 version directly from cpanel anyways i will use apache 2.2 version till developer of kloxo-mr cpanel fix that problem
